Detailed Itinerary 

Night 1  Hanoi - Lao Cai

Our car pick up you from your hotel and takes you to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train to go to Laocai Station. Take the overnight train to Lao Cai. Spend your night in a 4-berth A/C cabin, soft sleeper

Day 1 : Lao Cai - Sapa - Nam Sai - Nam Cang - Sapa (B, L)

Our guide and driver will pick you up at Lao Cai Station and transfer to Sapa for breakfast.

Leaving Sapa at about 08.30am by vehicle and traveling southwards to Sapa. The first 16km portion of the road offers spectacular landscapes of Hoang Lien mountain range, Fansipan peak as well as marvelous terraced rice fields of the Muong Hoa valley. Enjoy several photo stops before arriving to Su Pan commune where customers will pay visiting to Hoa Su Pan, a small hamlet of the Black Hmong for half an hour.
Continue the trip along the road further south to Muong Bo valley of Thanh Phu commune. Walking along the large village path for nearly an hour, paying visiting to several homes of the Tay people who live in spacious houses built on stilts, witnessing their daily life and experiencing their hospitality. Lunch break in a local home.
Continue the trip in the afternoon with a short drive along the rocky road to My Son and spend half an hour to walk around this charming village of the Xa Pho ethnic whose population is only more than 6 thousands peoples for a brief understanding of their very unique culture and custom. Then process further for 10km to Nam Cang commune for visiting a beautiful and prosperous village of the Red Zao people in Nam Than village. This portion of the road ride offers beautiful scenery of the Nam Sai valley.
Leaving Nam Cang in mid afternoon and driving back along the same way to Sapa.

Night 2 : Overnight in the Hotel in Sapa 

Tour summary: Road transfer 62km/ Easy walk, sightseeing and visiting local homes from 4 to 5 hours.

Day 2 : Sapa - Ban Khoang - Ta Giang Phinh - Sapa - Lao Cai (L)

Leaving Sapa at about 08.30 am by vehicle heading northwards of Sapa along national road 4C for 8 km to O Quy Ho with several stops for magnificent landscapes of Fansipan.Mt, Sin Chai valley and especially amazing flower and vegetable farms.
Then turn right to follow a narrow tarmac for half an hour, getting through wild region with thick rain forest covering walled-up mountains, passing a oangbeautiful waterfall before arriving to Ban Khoang commune, home to the Black Hmong & Red Zao ethnic peoples who live their unique way of life and well maintain their traditional values. The villages here are prosperous thanks to the combination of wet rice cultivation on the terraced fields with cardamom farming under the shade of thick rain forest. Spend over an hour walking to explore this remote village for a brief understanding of local life.
Leaving Ban Khoang and process along the road for about 10 km to Ta Giang Phin valley inhabited by the Black Hmong who live in several hamlets scattering along a peaceful stream. Enjoy an hour lunch break on the bank of a stream.
Enjoy about 2 hours walking along village path which connects hamlet to hamlets witnessing daily activities of local life such as plough and harrow the fields, growing, harvesting or doing house works. In leisure months men often gather to built new houses or repair parts of old ones while women stay home making their traditional costumes. The walk ends in mid afternoon, picked up for the road ride back to Sapa.

Night 3: Overnight on a 4-berth A/C cabin, soft sleeper on the train back to Hanoi

Tour summary: Road transfer 55 km for 2 ways, approx. 3 hours/ Easy walk, sightseeing and visiting local homes from 4 to 5 hours.

Day 3 : Hanoi arrival 

Early arrival in Hanoi , transfer to hotel for take a rest and having breakfast . End of service
